To become a Wholesale Customer with us you will need to apply as a new vendor using the APPLY HERE link below. You will be prompted to provide us with the following; Name, Mailing Address (permit address), Tax ID Permit Number, Phone Number, Email, and Website if applicable. This process will also allow you to create your login information. The list below is REQUIRED of wholesale customers who are applying for an account with us.
* Copy of your State Sales & Use Tax permit. This is not your EIN number unless your state does not issue Sales Tax permits. The Texas Sales & Use permit is the one with the Texas Flag background.
* The completed Texas Sales Tax Exemption form if your permit is from Texas.
* Out of state vendors we will only need a copy of your Sales or Sales and Use permit should we not be able to verify your number through your states lookup system. This along with the before mention application requirements must be completed to activate your account.
Once we have received your application we will email you with your Welcome Letter and any other forms we need completed. Accounts will not be active until we have all your account information completed. Once you are active you will return to this page and login before EVERY order.
